A military state headed by a malevolent emperor, increasingly strict laws backed by overly severe punishments collided with horrific backlash. The end result? The creation of Spectre, a rebellion group aimed at restoring rights to the people and taking the emperor and his militia out of commission. In a world with no room for gray, where do you stand?
