HISTORY

> a protest was organized in Newhaven that fell away into a riot when the militia was brought in to quiet it. the end result was significant civilian casualties, with the most important being the organizer of these protests. arel beau goes missing.

> having played a significant role in silencing the protesters, and having been the one to kill the agitator accused of disrupting the peace and causing the riots, along with having a spotless empire record, liliana bellamy is promoted to the rank of counselor.

> the few members of the protest that managed to escape before Newhaven was put into lock down met up outside of the city and decided to form spectre in order to demolish their dystopian government.

> three months after the newhaven riots, arel beau is presumed dead. his younger sibling _____ beau is bestowed his title and becomes the new (lord/lady) of newhaven.

> spectre begins to gain infamy by causing unrest among the various cities through the use of their various speakers, however they are still viewed as nothing but an annoyance.

> six months after the newhaven riots, liliana bellamy sponsors a public execution of several spectre sympathizers within newhaven. the grand event was marked as mandatory for the residents of the city and is watched over by military police.

> a week after the public execution of several of their sympathizers, spectre raids one of the empire training facilities, stealing a good deal of cash, several supply crates, and an unrecorded number of pokemon. spectre is officially seen as a public enemy, and known associates are to be turned in.

> sporadic sightings of spectre are reported, but by the time the empire manages to organize troops to stop them, they are already gone.

> at the one year anniversary of the newhaven riots, liliana bellamy plans a ball. this is the first time in a year that newhaven is opened to the public, if only for the day. it is mandatory for all newhaven citizens to attend, though all from outside of the city are invited as well as encouraged to attend. it is assumed that another public execution of spectre associates will take place there.
