An aptly named fortress acting as the Empire's capital, Citadel is the most prosperous city in Loros, and also the one most strongly guarded. Soldiers patrol every street while bustling markets and high-class stores clash against the scenery of a highly-controlled city.

A seaside village, named for it's beautiful beaches and clear waters, Whitecoast has never been viewed as much for the war effort or control of the region. Even so, populated mainly by wealthy civilians, Whitecoast's inhabitants are known for helping fund the banks of whoever they most favor at the time.

The city shrouded by mist, Valedge is noted for it's constant clouds and a fog that never seems to lift off of the ground, giving it a rather eerie look. Regardless of its dreary looks, Valedge commands a good deal of power, having one of the second biggest shopping districts in the region, and one of the strongest economies for that reason. It's also one of the closest cities to the Empire's training academy.

A military stronghold of the Empire, Southwall doubles as a training center for newer soldiers, and a resource depot for the rest of the military. Military-grade pokemon are bred and trained here for the Empire, and Southwall is considered one of it's most important facilities, along with one of the most strongly guarded.

It was rather ironic was Newhaven was put under complete lockdown, considering it's name. One of the newer cities in Loros, Newhaven was still no laughing matter. Once an economic stronghold- one of the largest cities in the entire region-, Newhaven now withers under martial law as all imports and exports in the city have been cut off, and all curfews have been made even more strict after the riots.

One of Spectre's only strongholds, Redwell is very loosely considered a city within Loros. One of the second oldest of its towns, Redwell's population has been crumbling in favor of more popular towns. As a result, the Empire has paid it little attention in the past few decades. With the surge of Spectre members, however, its slowly been coming back to life, and slowly been gaining attention from the Empire once more.

A town surrounded by forest, Alderidge has always been known for its beauty and the quality cadets it has always managed to send out in surprising numbers, considering its size.

A small but bustling city located on the edge of Clearwilde, Bellfield, is seen viewed with moderate respect by the Empire. Due to its position, it has some of the highest pokemon export rates, and holds a good deal of military power for that reason.

Located several miles from Bellfield, these caves are one of the only places that ore can be mined from the entire region of Loros. As a result, it's considered a natural resource of very high importance.

A stretch of plains located outside of Blackspring, Clearwilde acts as one of the largest unpopulated lands in Loros. A hot spot for pokemon, it's not uncommon for soldiers of the empire and spectre alike to battle wild pokemon in order to train their troops.

A town located in central Loros, Blackspring was unsurprisingly founded near a spring surrounded by naturally-occurring black sand, giving it a rather dark look. While the town pales in comparison to its city brethren, Blackspring is known for producing powerful soldiers and produces a good deal of Loros' food supply.

A scenic river named for the forest surrounding it, Greenshore is another one of the few remaining entirely natural areas within Loros. At the base of the river is a small town with little sway in the way of politics, however, due to its size, is rarely given much attention by the Empire at all.
