In a clearing not too far out from Alderidge is one of its best kept secrets: the expansive berry fields. From strawberries to blueberries to even oran and cheri berries, these fields have them all. Alderidge's berry fields have allowed berries to become a staple in the residents' diets, and it's not at all uncommon for them to serve dishes containing them as a result.

Each house in Alderidge has at least two floors and has its own decently sized yard. A large portion of these houses also have their own gardens, with the inhabitants of Alderidge producing most of their food on their own.

Alderidge's market square is incredibly small, barely spanning two whole blocks. Most of the tiny shops are locally owned, and while there isn't much variety in what can be purchased here, many who visit note it as being quite a cute little area.

Though technically more of a forest surrounding the town, the Alderidge Woods are often quite underestimated. Typically, only those that have grown up within Alderidge can navigate the woods, following trails made by the pokemon inhabitants of this forest.
