The deameanor of a person stands to reason of simple change. He's different now. Once upon a time, he was a sad little boy; baby blue eyes and a perpetual scowl at the world he knew (he knew that it was cold, even when he had a blanket to cover him). But things change.

I can get strong, I an get strong, Icangetstrong. Mama says she'll get strong for you -- but screw that, he needs to protect her because she so small, like a tiny little... he doesn't have anything to describe her with. She's small and weak-willed and worthless. He doesn't want that, she's too good for that. And at age ten he learns that this world he lives in, the world he has ever known, is so cold and won't help him unless he helps himself.

Heath isn't too young to see people die. To see people cry out, to get broken and twisted and maimed; and when they die -- when they kill them -- he's there, watching, blue eyes hardened into a smooth stone wall. On the outside he says his first curse word and Mama stares at him crossly until he shuts his mouth.

On the inside, he's crying.

Picket signs don't help the cause. He wants freedom, he wants a helping hand to scoop his Mama from the darkness and steady her. Heath wants liberation. (Shoved backwards, being throttled, women c-r-y-i-n-g) "I can get stronger." He thinks over the roar of a bloody riot. And he runs like the devil is on his back when they least expect it. "Stronger."

I'm sorry Mama for leaving you I'll be back it won't be long I'll be back soon. Don't worry I'm okay, I saw a Pokémon and it's mine now I'll take care of it like you wanted I--

Tears fall from blotchy blue eyes that have once again grown soft. He's desperate, he still wants to save her. He has a choice, he knows, but he doesn't want to die making the wrong one. But if he can, he'll destroy the Empire: brick by brick. If can one day see Mama again, he'll join a cause he knows damn well sure will crash and burn into nothingness.

So now Heath take deep breaths, baby steps towards a goal, a solution, and happy ending; just maybe. He just hopes Spectre won't mess all that up for him.

Origin After he ran away from home, it started following him. He doesn't mind, though.
Personality The embodiment of the sun itself, he is a very courageous character. Each move he makes is calculated, and it inspires Heath. He's a very loyal character, fatherly almost. But what he does, where he came from, it's surrounded in mystery.

Gender Male.
Ability Iron Fist.
Moveset Leer | Flame Wheel | Slack Off | Mach Punch.
Origin A gift from his late ex-girlfriend.
Personality Very stern and resolute, He's the glue of the team. Raising morale and picking up the pieces when everyone feels hopeless; Heath really admires the Pokemon's inner strength. Not actually the strongest of the team, he makes himself useful by doing whatever he can to please others and make them happy.

Species Torchic.
Gender Female.
Ability Blaze.

Origin Given by Spectre.
Personality Realtively spoiled by Heath and always out of her Pokeball, she's always perched on his shoulder or snuggled in his jacket somewhere. Of the playful sort, she plays a lot of pranks on the team, causing general unrest between her and the others. It's all in good fun, though.

Species Houndoom.
Gender Female.
Ability Flash Fire.
Moveset Thunder Fang | Howl | Inferno | Crunch.
Origin Given by Spectre (loyalty gift).
Personality Abrasive and a general loudmouth, she and heath do not see eye-to-eye and she's more of a last resort when it comes to battle. She isn't very nice and tends to bite others; people and Pokemon alike. Even Heath isn't safe from her wrath. It's best to step lightly around her.
