He's an orphaned street rat so there's very few people he trusts enough to even get a semblance of a friendship going. Mainly because he doesn't trust adults and is always cynical of their reasons for even speaking with him. He tends to slink away though when he can get the opportunity. Seeing himself as a sympathizer to Spectre's cause means he'll be more willing to speak to it's members but he keeps his distance when it comes to joining their ranks. Being used isn't something he's fond of. Leo's more likely to get along better with those in his age group, though the only one he really trusts is his joltik.

Rivals

If you present yourself as one of the military odds are he'll start hating you in that split second. In his eyes his brother abandoned him to join their ranks and his parents were captured and killed by them, so no the empire isn't in his good books. Grudges are something he clings to. He's a little brat himself at times; prone to his own childish bouts of temper; who relies on his wits to survive. So he's not above stealing or manipulating to get some things he wants. All in all if you're a figure of authority and oppression you'll earn his ire. It wouldn't really be true to say he hates people as a whole; just doesn't trust them all that much.

Lovers

He's a little kid with more important things on his mind. I mean he's still young with the potential for innocent kiddy crushes but nothing serious. He'll still get flustered at the thought of it though. If you work hard enough at it there might be the possibility of platonic familial relationships but yeah, Leo's still pretty much a baby when it comes to romance. As far as he knows he has no preferences toward gender.
