It's not for nothing that they call Bellona Battaglia the "War Goddess". She's a veteran military commander turned councilwoman, and she loves nothing more than a fight. Well, maybe also being in a dominant position over someone. Also, she's just really good at what she does. Her Pokemon are among the strongest in the empire, and even without them she's quite capable in a fight. She wants a real war, though, so she's all too delighted that Spectre exists.
Friends:
You wouldn't know it from her outward attitude, but Bellona cares a lot for her subordinates. Friends is a bit of a stretch though, even for them - it implies an equal relationship - but Bellona intends to dominate over everyone. But she believes them to at least be worth her time. The other way to find yourself here (or anywhere close to it) is to win her respect. Moreso than being a capable fighter, this is best done through an indomitable spirit. And she can actually be quite friendly to people she likes.
Enemies:
You're kidding, right? She's one of the most terrifying people in Loros and you're wondering about enemies? Here, rather than writing all of this out, have a simple list of ways to be an enemy:
-Be an enemy of the Empire (however she feels about them, she is still a councilwoman and general)
-Be weak
-Be in a position of power without the merit to back it up
-Try to hurt her or her subordinates
-Try to humiliate her or her subordinates
-Prove to not be worth her time
Anything else generally falls under the above points.
Lovers:
It's not something that crosses her mind a lot. Bellona is looking for a lot of things, and love is only a small one of them. Which isn't to say she interested, but her standards are such that she usually doesn't even consider it. Nowadays though, it seems like she does have her sights set on someone.
