Hailing from Bellfield, William was never impoverished, yet still managed to allow himself to have a troubling childhood. When he was young and his brother, Sebastian, even younger, they lost their mother to a slow, crippling disease that plagued the house. Prior to that, William had begun to distance himself away from his family and his home, just so he didn't have to face reality or live with someone dying in their home. It was during his teen years that he started acting out.

He became involved in the streets, from hanging out with shady crowds to being a petty thief, evading law enforcement at every turn and managing to wind up at least one night of the week bloody or bruised from a fight. His father, who had no idea what to do with him was busy grieving and caring for the younger Sebastian, who seemed to be handling everything better than William. These actions made him believe that there was clear favoritism in the household and led to inevitable arguing about anything that William could get angry over or see as unfair. While the younger member of the household stayed clear of them it was only a matter of time before hostility in the household overflowed and the fights got physical. William was eerily gleeful that he had managed to push his father so far but the achievement quickly diminished when the physical fighting just never stopped.

Sooner or later, although William would say he left voluntarily, after a particularly nasty fist fight his father threw him to the curb and made it clear he wasn't allowed in the house again. After living homeless, bouncing between friends houses or on the street, William became familiar with the cadet academy, where he relished the power that would soon come from graduating and being a soldier. Upon his arrival at Southwall, there was also a package for him addressed from his family. A little hostile as to how his father knew, his feelings softened when he discovered it was money set aside by his mother to buy him his first pokemon.

After he became a full-fledged soldier, William did eventually go back to visit his hometown only to discover that his family had moved, unbeknownst to him, to Alderidge. He could only assume that his dad's business suffered the same slow inevitable decline that his mother had--after she died and the household became even more unstable. While he could care less for his father, he often wonders what became of his brother now that he is an adult.

Personality This girl is rather uncharacteristically bubbly considering the demeanor of her trainer. Although William will never admit it, he is rather gentle with her, allowing for her to fester in this outgoing manner with anyone she meets. Although while still a clown in battle, she knows not to be too silly to the point where it will upset her trainer.

Personality With a fiery heart, Sneasel is as battle ready as her owner. A bit of a prankster, she often plays tricks on other pokemon for her own amusement. She's quick footed and most of the time quiet, but will screech like a banshee when infuriated.
